From Inception to Final Product
There wasn't much creative thought involved in making the widget. All that needed to be done was modeling the already isometrically drawn part in Inventor. This was done with the knowledge that there's a quarter inch between each divide. I then followed through with the process shown in the slideshow below to get to the final product.

I learned a lot in this brief unit. The first thing I learned was how to operate the software of the CNC mill and how to get everything set up for it to work. I also learned through my mistakes with the initial zeroing out of the machine to not forget the little details. That one small offset created a very lopsided project in the end so in the future I would be sure to zero it out correctly.
